About Me

With over 25 years of experience in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) sector, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the power of accurate, well-structured data in driving smart business decisions. 

From large corporations to small local businesses, I take pride in personally delivering every project - ensuring you receive my full attention and a solution tailored specifically to your needs.

Throughout my career, I’ve held senior commercial and marketing roles in large organisations, giving me first-hand insight into how integrated systems and precise reporting can influence strategic outcomes. I’ve also led multiple ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) implementations, gaining a comprehensive understanding of how different business functions - Finance, HR, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, and more - interconnect and impact one another.

I also spent 20 years with AMP Air Conditioning, joining when it was still a small enterprise. During that time, I introduced systems and processes that helped support rapid growth, eventually leading to its acquisition by Panasonic Heating & Ventilation UK. 

This hands-on experience means I understand both the complexity of large-scale operations and the agility required by SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprise).

Excel has always been a passion of mine - not for the sake of spreadsheets themselves, but for what they can unlock when used well. And no, I won’t bombard you with jargon or overcomplicate things. My goal is to deliver practical, easy-to-use solutions that truly work for you.

Many of our clients first come to us after seeing what we’ve created for others, often asking, 

“Can you do something like that for us too?” 

The answer is usually yes - and always tailored to fit their unique needs.

That said, I believe in total honesty: if I don’t think Excel is the right tool for your challenge, I’ll tell you upfront and suggest a better alternative.

For added peace of mind, my work is fully covered by professional indemnity insurance.

The majority of my meetings are conducted via Microsoft Teams, allowing me to take on projects across the UK. Additionally, with bases in both Bedfordshire and Oxfordshire, I am available for in-person meetings in London, the Home Counties, and the Midlands as needed.
